The top piece is a 9.5mm silver tone sheet metal cap with crystal. The bottom piece is metal only a post ( nail ) piece 

Great for embellishing fabric and leather. For the thin fabrics, you may apply these without using a hole punch . For thicker materials such as leather, the premade hole is needed.
